Our firm is focused on maximizing profit and opportunity for industry stakeholders by capitalizing real estate, expanding footprints, and delivering high-level strategic consulting. ARCTRUST is a 38-year-old fully integrated real estate company that is responsible for the development, acquisition and joint-venture funding of more than 500 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of $5 billion, and has won numerous awards for its work in real estate. 

WHIT RAMONAT

Mr. Ramonat is excited to partner with ARCTRUST, Inc. via Auto Capital Partners, LLC to assist franchised auto dealers in tapping into underutilized capital sources to fund growth via acquisitions, OEM Corporate Image initiatives and land/ building expansion. 

 

Mr. Ramonat spent 19 years with Penske Automotive Group, Inc. (PAG). As an Executive Vice President, he reported to Chairman Roger Penske directly and managed 2 of 5 North American business units: 

 

The first was a region of 40+ franchised dealerships across 3 time zones, generating $3.4B in revenue, retailing 100,000 retail new and used units annually. 

 

  • The second, upon PAG’s acquisition of used vehicle super center brand CarShop, U.S.A. (nee CarSense), Mr. Ramonat was appointed Chairman.
  • During his tenure at PAG, he was involved in over 100 dealership acquisitions.
  • Prior to PAG, Mr. Ramonat worked in various capacities at Nissan North America, including Director, Business Planning. Responsibilities included selection as a key member in the Nissan Revival Plan (NRP). Accomplishments included a business case for the Titan Full Size P/U, Armada SUV, Infiniti F/M platform, one worldwide ad agency and consolidation of Japanese market retail distribution channels from 5 to 2.
